Tournament Format:

The tournament will take place on in August 2025, exact date and time TBD

  • Includes goalkeepers.
  • Rosters can have up to 15 players. 
  • All players must be 18+
  • Teams may not play more than five (5) players of the same gender identity on the field at any one time. 
  • All teams will play in 3 group-stage games
  • The top 2 teams from each bracket will compete in an additional semi-final game, then final game.
  • Games are 25 minutes long (no half time) with a 5 minute break between games

The cost of team registration is $1500

All games will be played at the Scores Field Complex — at 150 Horace St, East Boston, MA 02128

Boston Scores Field is located at 150 Horace St, East Boston, MA 02128. There are a limited number of parking spaces at the field entrance.

Parking is NOT permitted anywhere on Horace Street, this is for residents only. Violators will be towed.

Additional street parking can be found on Wordsworth St and Bennington St.

Each tournament will consist of 8 teams split into 2 groups. Each team will play 3 group stage games. The top two teams from each group will go on to compete in the semi-final, and final games. 

Yes, if you are unable to field a full team we allow free agents to sign up for $100/tournament

No. All players must be 18 or older to participate in this tournament series. 

Yes, all participants have to sign a waiver before they can play in the tournament. 

(If you have already signed a waiver for the Boston Scores field in the past 6 months you do not need to sign again)

Yes! All funds raised by this tournament support Boston Scores free soccer, poetry, and service-learning programs. Teams can always raise or donate beyond the team fee
