The Boston Scores Cup is the largest corporate charity soccer tournament in the United States raising almost $400,000 for Boston Scores. In partnership with the New England Revolution, the Scores cup is held each year at Gillette Stadium featuring over 40 teams from the area’s top companies and brings together over 600 players to compete in a fun and competitive day of soccer. This fun team building experience is where work comes to play!
Given the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 Pandemic, we were not able to host the 2020 Scores Cup as planned. Thank you to our sponsors who generously transitioned their financial support to other events and general operating funding to support our programs. We expect to be back a Gillette Stadium for Scores Cup 2021, however, the safety of our participants is our number one priority. Scores will continue to monitor local guidelines, adjust accordingly, and communicate any updates promptly.
Boston Scores provides urban youth with team-based education programs that promote their health & well-being, academic engagement, and civic leadership. Our innovative blend of soccer, academic enrichment, and civic engagement programs improve students’ health, academic engagement, and global citizenship. During the COVID-19 crisis, Boston Scores has worked with each school to identify the types of program support it is able to provide from modified in-person soccer practices to virtual enrichment sessions. We know that students are in desperate need to connect with each other, to get active, and engage in the types of experiential learning that Boston Scores prides itself in.
