Week of May 11 – May 15: Coach Ethan (English) and Coach Ever (Spanish) demonstrate how to roll the soccer ball with the bottoms of each foot. A great drill to help you change direction while maintaining control.
Week of April 27 – May 1: Coach Ethan demonstrates Pull Back Turns this week. This is a great footwork skill you can work on at home that will help you create space from defenders while keeping control of the ball.
Week of April 20 – 24: Coach Ethan shows us how practice the Figure Eight drill. This is a great way to learn all the different parts of your foot that you can use to develop control over a soccer ball and keep it close in to your body.
